Nancy Meier

President & Co-founder, Stanford University

Nancy provides the vision and direction for University Peak. For over two decades, co-founder Nancy Meier has been helping students gain admission into colleges and graduate school programs that are best-suited for them. ​Nancy is a graduate of Stanford University. She is a National Merit Scholar, and was accepted into Harvard, Yale, Columbia, and several other highly selective colleges. Nancy spends her time coaching students one-on-one. A large portion of her time also goes into custom-creating and updating the tools and curriculum for University Peak. Nancy visits numerous college campuses each year and attends conferences to continue her professional development as an Independent Educational Consultant. She also works to continue to grow University Peak’s mission to provide accessible information to more students each year.

Nick Meier

Nick Meier

VP of Learning and Development & Co-founder, Purdue University

Nick is a graduate of Purdue University and in addition to co-founding University Peak, he has over 20 years in finance, sales, revenue management, and marketing. Nick brings a unique perspective from both the corporate and education world. He understands the importance of using data-driven decisions to help with the college admissions process. Nick spends his time conducting workshops, coaching students one-on-one, and working directly with high school counselors to provide the latest tools they need to help their students be informed about the college admissions process. Nick also visits numerous college campuses each year, attends conferences, and continues his professional development as an Independent Educational Consultant.

Where It All Started

University Peak was founded on the vision and inspiration of Nancy Meier. She is a graduate of Stanford University and a certificated Independent Educational Consultant. She is also a published author, National Merit Scholar, and was accepted into Harvard, Yale, Columbia, and several other highly selective colleges.

University Peak works with high school students between 9th and 12th grade across the United States. Depending on the student’s location, we serve students in person and/or with a combination of technologies, such as email, Zoom, and phone. Our students benefit from the flexibility and convenience of our services. The common thread among all of our students is their personal commitment to excellence. Each student’s strengths vary from leadership, academic areas, extracurriculars, resilience, to community involvement. University Peak is designed for students who want guidance through the college preparation and admissions journey.
